the art of
a contemporary american artist
George Gallo's vast oeuvre hangs at the Rich Timmons Fine Art Gallery located in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Just 10 minutes from New Hope where, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, artists such as: Edward Redfield, Daniel Garber, George Sotter, Walter Baum, William Lathrop, and Fern Coppedge, just to name a few, created a particular style of painting known today as New Hope Impressionism. Many try to replicate this unique style but very few have succeeded. George Gallo is a rare and unusual artist that has embraced much of the techniques and style, yet at the same time, has created his own unique path of landscape impressionism.
As corny as this sounds, the best results come from the concept of love.
I think one achieves greatness by humbly and happily bowing to something greater than themselves.
